She is also a member of the National Association of Realtors, Colorado Association of Realtors, and Greeley Board of Realtors Inc., and volunteers with the Rotary Club of Loveland and Santa Cops.
Reflecting on her career path, Ms. Wernersbach recalls that after purchasing her home, her realtor suggested that she consider becoming a realtor herself. She decided to take the realtor test and discovered that she truly loved the work and that helping clients achieve their dreams energized and fulfilled her. She takes great pride in assisting those who thought homeownership was out of reach and standing out from other realtors by providing exceptional service to her clients. In light of her impressive undertakings, she was featured in Top Agent Magazine in 2023, a prominent real estate publication that features top-producing and most accomplished professionals in the real estate industry.
Ms. Wernersbach attributes her success to her compassionate and professional approach to her work. She values building personal relationships with her clients and treating them as friends. She puts their protection and well-being before everything else, including her paycheck. In the coming years, she is dedicated to continuing to make a positive impact on others. She plans to extend her volunteering efforts and become more involved in the community. Specifically, she is excited to contribute to the Rotary’s literacy program for elementary school children who face difficulties with reading.
