Mr. Buchholz’s military career includes roles such as senior regional director of talent acquisition in the U.S. Army from 2002 to 2006, area sales manager for talent acquisition from 1998 to 2002, aviation supply support activity logistics manager from 1996 to 1998, and facilitator and instructor from 1995 to 1996. He is also a member of the American Legion and Disabled American Veterans, and he volunteers his time serving on the advisory board for the University of Colorado Boulder’s Leeds School of Business. In light of his impressive undertakings, he has been honored with several awards, including the Glenn E. Morrell Award for Recruiting Excellence as a U.S. Army recruiter, the Freedom Award from the Pentagon in 2018, and the Seven Seals Award from Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve. Laying a solid foundation for his successes, he earned a Bachelor of Science in logistics management from Bellevue University in 2010 and a Master of Arts in managerial communication from the same institution in 2014. He has also earned various certifications, including Engage Certification from ZoomInfo, Becoming a Thought Leader from LinkedIn, Generative AI for Business Leaders from LinkedIn, and RUS: Cybersecurity and Data Privacy from Randstad USA.

Mr. Buchholz attributes his success to his upbringing and a strong desire to excel and help others succeed. Growing up in a military environment, he learned the importance of discipline, attention to detail, and respect for elders and country. In the coming years, he aims to support as many veterans and their families as possible. He is also committed to personal growth and providing support to others. Currently, he is actively participating in a customer experience program at Colorado University, aiming to make valuable contributions as an advisor to enrich customer experiences and share his insights with his peers.
