Nathan M. Reisetter, JD, Business Partners Director at The Redemption Project, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in creating business plans.

With two decades of experience, Mr. Reisetter has been thriving as the business partners director of The Redemption Project since 2023. Previously, he was the regional director of The American National Red Cross from 2012 to 2013. He was also the president and division director of First American Title from 2000 to 2008. Through his experiences, he has gained the ability to build and connect people, build teams, and empower people to achieve the best they can for themselves. His success comes from his ability to assemble teams and align their efforts toward shared goals. In seeking employment that gave him a deeper fulfillment, he found The Redemption Project. Within this business, he gained a community that has nourished his soul.

Before entering his professional career, Mr. Reisetter earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science and government from Luther College in 1997. He then received a Juris Doctor in criminal practice from the Mitchell Hamline School of Law in 2000. As a testament to his success, Mr Reisetter was inducted as a member of the American Bar Association, Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, International, and the Sigma Chi Fraternity. Outside of his career, he has dedicated time as a volunteer coordinator for the Community Action Partnership of Ramser and Washington Counties from 2011 to 2012. He was also a VISTA volunteer for the AmeriCorps VISTA from 2010 to 2011.

Looking towards the future, Mr. Reisetter plans to help expand The Redemption Project into the north-central part of the United States. The Redemption Project supports individuals who have been incarcerated by assisting them in getting reacclimated back into society. Mr. Reisetter knows there is a lack of assistance in this area and wants to find a way to help more people find their second chance. He specializes in teaching Aristotelian virtues to incarcerated men. The hope is that the men will take these virtues to help them live their lives and become better men. The program has been effective, and Mr. Reisetter has high hopes for its future.
