Mr. Ashade’s experience includes serving as a program manager for sales strategy and operations at AWS from 2020 to 2022, and as an engagement manager at Mu Sigma from 2016 to 2020. Prior to these roles, he was associate director of sales at Infosys Limited from 2009 to 2016, and worked as a business development executive there from 2009 to 2010. His earlier career includes roles such as technical support engineer II at Siemens from 2007 to 2009, field engineer at Schlumberger from 2006 to 2007, and standards engineer II at Consumers Energy from 2005 to 2006. His background also features a Master of Business Administration internship in strategic planning at Yum! Brands in 2008, along with electrical engineering internships at Delphi Automotive Systems from 2001 to 2004 and Texas Instruments Incorporated from 2000 to 2001.
In light of his impressive undertakings, Mr. Ashade has been honored with multiple awards from AWS, as well as the Top Account Manager Award from Infosys Limited and several scholarship and grant awards. Laying a solid foundation for these successes, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Kettering University in 2004, followed by a Master of Business Administration in general management from the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin in 2009. Reflecting on his career, he recognizes that his current role is unique, allowing him to see the full scope of problems or a combination of challenges. He takes great pride in configuring the data governance for AWS within the Salesforce platform and is proud of the process of learning about it, understanding best practices, and bringing senior leaders along on the journey. He attributes his success to being a continuous learner and thrives on delving into new spaces, mastering them, and then applying his knowledge to new areas.
In the coming years, Mr. Ashade aims to continue climbing the leadership ladder and is focused on expanding his influence, either through mentorship or by building a strong team, rather than solely through direct contributions.
