Throughout the decade, he held 10 different positions across five companies, steadily advancing his career while earning a bachelor’s and master’s degree.
Mr. Drenning attributes his success to his self-motivation and willingness to embrace new challenges. He finds satisfaction in helping others, prioritizes enhancing his employees’ work-life balance, and sets high expectations for himself, aiming to exceed the standards set by others. He has learned that the longevity of a company hinges on its people. Looking ahead, he plans to further develop his leadership role within his company and continue making a difference for its people. He also looks forward to witnessing his children’s success and graduation. In advising aspiring professionals, he believes that core values are essential to driving a positive mission and vision, and without these fundamental beliefs, neither can succeed.
