Reflecting on his path, Dr. Alexander laid a solid educational foundation, earning a Bachelor of Science in accounting from DeVry University in 1997, a Master of Business Administration in technology and operations from Aurora University in 2004, a PhD in organizational leadership from Northcentral University in 2024, and is a certified government contractor. He attributes his success to his determination and the unwavering support of his family. His father’s wise words continuously remind him to strive for more and never become too comfortable, as staying uncomfortable is crucial in a constantly evolving world, as it keeps him sharp and driven. In the coming years, he aims to embrace new opportunities and challenges. He is considering the possibility of becoming a professor, viewing it as a way to push himself out of his comfort zone and foster personal and professional growth. Additionally, he is exploring part-time professional roles and is working toward partnering with the City of Chicago to enhance its residential recycling program.
