Before entering his profession, Dr. Sinha earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Lucknow in 1986. He then received a Master of Business Administration in Business from the University of Allahabad in 1989. Continuing with his education, he earned a Doctor of Business Administration from Golden Gate University in 2006. As a testament to his success, Dr. Sinha received the Inc. 5000 Award in 2020 and the Indira Gandhi Award from the Indira Gandhi Society in 2007. He has also been inducted as a member of the Scrum Alliance, Agile Alliance, SAFe, PMI-ACP, and PMISV.
