He currently excels in several roles, including director and associate broker at KW United Commercial Inc. since 2024, instructor at the National Association of Realtors since 2014, and vice president and senior commercial broker at Long & Foster Realtors Inc. Commercial Division since 2007. His experience also includes assistant vice president at Long & Foster Realtors Inc. from 2007 to 2012, scholar in residence at Discovery Institute from 2007, and vice president of federal government relations at Verizon from 1981 to 2006. Laying a solid educational foundation, Mr. Dillow earned a Bachelor of Science in political science and journalism from Lewis and Clark College in 1968, followed by a Juris Doctor from the Northwestern School of Law at Lewis and Clark College in 1977. Reflecting on his career, he takes pride in his diligence in marketing and representing clients, and he is currently expanding his work across Virginia. His recent projects include assisting a drug rehabilitation center in securing multiple locations in Roanoke, Loray, and Gordonsville, and he has been involved in national representation for warehousing in Richmond, demonstrating his versatility in real estate. Additionally, he facilitated the establishment of an adult daycare in Northern Virginia, and he regularly manages 1031 exchanges for investment properties, having recently completed a CVF drugstore project. He attributes his success to his continuous pursuit of knowledge and his passion for networking with fascinating individuals. In the coming years, he plans to continue working as long as his health permits, aiming to make KW United Commercial a powerhouse in the market and exploring opportunities for managing an international property development project.
