Alireza Moradifahim, director of operations at Korean Motors, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in industrial engineering.
With over three decades of experience, Mr. Moradifahim has built a successful career in industrial engineering. Since 2019, he has served as the Hyundai director of operations for Korean Motors at Grupo Continental Automotriz. Korean Motors operates and manages Hyundai dealerships across Mexico, focused on the sales and service of Hyundai vehicles, implementing strategic initiatives to enhance dealership operations in Mexico City and its metropolitan area while overseeing a significant workforce and supporting Hyundai’s overall business goals. In this role, he oversees the operations of several dealerships across Mexico City and the metropolitan area, implementing strategic initiatives to improve performance. He manages over 250 employees, including the general manager, sales manager, after-sales manager, customer care manager, and various coordinators. His responsibilities include ensuring every detail of the company operates smoothly and working toward achieving Hyundai’s goals.
Previously, Mr. Moradifahimserved as general manager for Grupo Continental Automotriz, a prominent Mexican automotive group specializing in the sales, service, and distribution of multiple international car brands, including Hyundai, Toyota, and BMW, from 2016 to 2019, and as chief executive officer and director general at Gigamex, a leading Mexican internet service provider that offers high-speed broadband connections through mmWave wireless technology, from 2014 to 2016. His earlier roles include general manager at Nissan Mega Automotriz from 2006 to 2014 and chief executive officer at Caspian International Co. Ltd from 2005 to 2011. From 2001 to 2005, he was general manager of Tufan Oriental Rugs, and from 1998 to 2001, he served as chief operating officer at Poly Italiano Co. Ltd. His career began with a position as sales and marketing director at ITT in telecommunications and technology from 1992 to 1997.
In addition to his professional achievements, Mr. Moradifahim has been a dedicated volunteer with the Red Cross since 2000. He laid a solid educational foundation, earning a degree in industrial engineering in 1999, followed by a Master of Business Administration in business administration and management from ISIMA University in 2017. Additionally, he holds a professional title, Cedula Profesional, in Mexico, registered under No. 13638470.
Reflecting on his career, Mr. Moradifahim finds great fulfillment in leading teams and companies, setting goals, and achieving them. He firmly believes that with the right team, any objective is achievable. As a multicultural professional, he has worked internationally, beginning in the Middle East and then moving through the United States, Central America, and Mexico, gaining valuable experience along the way. His multilingual skills in Spanish, English, Persian, and some Turkish and Arabic have allowed him to work seamlessly in various countries. He attributes his success to persistence and discipline, qualities that have helped him consistently achieve his objectives. In the coming years, he aims to secure a senior leadership position, ideally within a large corporation, with a long-term goal of concluding his career as a chief executive officer. In his personal time, he enjoys basketball, walking, running, swimming, and cycling.
