Laying a solid educational foundation, he earned a Bachelor of Engineering in mechanical engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University in 1996 and a Master of Business Administration in supply chain management and marketing technology from the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University in 2001. He is also a certified Maxwell coach, speaker, and trainer, a certified Maxwell DISC consultant, a certified brain health trainer from Amen University, and a neuroencoding specialist through The Neuroencoding Institute.
Reflecting on his path, Mr. Verma has been actively guiding and mentoring individuals in the corporate sector since 2009. His passion for coaching and personal development ignited in 2015, driving him to conduct extensive research, engage with diverse personalities, and seek mentorship from experienced professionals. This transformative experience inspired him to launch a podcast to share his insights with a broader audience. In 2019, he became a certified coach, further enhancing his ability to make a positive impact on others. He takes great pride in his transition from a 25-year corporate career to establishing his own business, and attributes his success to unwavering perseverance, dedication to his pursuits, and the expertise he has cultivated over the years.
