With over a decade of experience, Mr. Nashpitz has built a successful career in the public-private partnership (P3) industry, specializing in project development, financing, and managing large-scale initiatives, particularly in the energy, construction, and real estate sectors. He currently serves as vice president of P3 development at S&B USA Concessions, a role he has held since 2023. S&B USA is a subsidiary of Shikun & Binui Ltd. (S&B Ltd.), Israel’s largest energy, construction, and real estate company. In this capacity, he initiates projects, prepares bids, manages project financing, and oversees large-scale initiatives while acting as a liaison between the public and private sectors. He is deeply involved in the development stage, lobbying, meeting with officials, and explaining ongoing projects under construction. As a board member, he contributes to the company’s development and serves as the commercial manager, working closely with the chief executive officer and partners. Additionally, he serves as a board member for a project in Colombia.
Mr. Nashpitz’s experience includes several roles at S&B Ltd., including director of assets at Shikun & Binui Concessions from 2021 to 2022, chief executive officer of The Campus for Intelligence, Deciphering, and Cyber Ltd. from 2020 to 2022, P3 project manager for the concessions division from 2018 to 2021. He also served as a senior associate at Tadmor & Co. Yuval Levy & Co. from 2012 to 2018, legal intern at Tadmor & Co. from 2009 to 2011, intern at the Israeli Corporations Authority from 2009 to 2011, and paralegal at Reuven Bar Haim from 2007 to 2011. Laying a solid educational foundation, Mr. Nashpitz earned a Bachelor of Laws from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 2011, holds a Juris Doctor, and serves as a major in both the Israel Defense Forces and the Israeli Military Reserve. He attributes his success to his life experiences, particularly the resilience he gained from his father, a former prisoner of Zion who endured five years of exile in Siberia. Believing that achieving today’s goals is essential for creating a more peaceful United States, Mr. Nashpitz advocates for undertaking various projects, advancing construction, boosting the economy and innovation, and driving national progress. In the coming years, he is focused on expanding S&B’s presence in the U.S. by contributing to the infrastructure sector through the development and management of large-scale P3 projects that would otherwise be unachievable. Once this goal is accomplished, he plans to explore new opportunities for growth and impact, envisioning a future where P3s extend beyond traditional sectors like roads and bridges to include other critical infrastructure areas across the United States.
