Over an 18-month period, he negotiated with the property owner and successfully closed a deal for 11.27 acres of land, valued at over $9 million. He attributes his success to an experience early on in his career during his 14-year tenure as an industrial engineer, during which he was involved in producing rubber-based commercial products. His close collaboration with the company president helped him refine key skills in communication, relationship-building, and team support. Looking to the future, he has set his sights on working for four more years, with the goal of helping aspiring individuals launch their careers or businesses while also planning a comfortable retirement. He is dedicated to providing expert guidance and support to those who seek his help, drawing on his extensive industry knowledge. Upon retirement, he plans to travel along the East Coast with his wife in their RV for at least a year, embracing a well-earned adventure together.
