With over three decades of experience, Mr. Grant has built a successful career in information technology (IT) and consulting. He has served as the founder and principal of The Digital Shift Group since 2023, where he focuses on communicating strategic visions for IT investments to executives, highlighting how IT development, particularly artificial intelligence, can drive business goals. He advises three startups, supporting them with business planning, customer acquisition, and growth strategies. His previous roles include practice director at Cognizant from 2022 to 2024, sales support executive at Vubiquity from 2021 to 2022, and vice president of customer success at ATMECS Global Inc. from 2020 to 2022. He also held leadership positions at Paramount, serving as vice president, enterprise delivery executive, and divisional CIO for Local Media Group from 2011 to 2020, as well as vice president of information systems at CBS, Paramount, from 2008 to 2011. Earlier in his career, he was vice president of application development and director of customer service systems at Simon & Schuster from 2001 to 2008, and vice president of information technology at GE Water and Process Technologies from 1992 to 2001.
Mr. Grant also dedicates his time to various community service and volunteer activities, including the Cross Keys Service Fraternity and the National Association for Radio Broadcasters. From 1998 to 2006, he coached girls’ softball, basketball, volleyball, and soccer at Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic School. Additionally, he participates in charitable events such as the Bike-A-Thon for the American Cancer Society and Bike MS, City to Shore Ride for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, and volunteers as a team member at the Burlington County Food Pantry. In light of his impressive undertakings, he was honored with the CBSTECH Award by Phil Wiser and Joel Molinoff in 2019 and was inducted into the Cross Keys Honor Society. Laying a solid educational foundation, he earned a Bachelor of Science in computer science from Drexel University and an Executive Master of Business Administration from the Erivan K. Haub School of Business at Saint Joseph’s University in 1993.
Mr. Grant attributes his success to a combination of his innate abilities and the academic foundation that allowed him to harness those talents effectively.
