He currently serves as the director of DaVinci Molding, a role he has held since 2023, and as a business development executive at EDS Package Testing, Computer Designs Inc., a position he has held since 2016. He laid a solid educational foundation with coursework in industrial design at the Rhode Island School of Design, accounting at Bryant University, and law at Bryant University. Reflecting on his path, he takes great pride in co-authoring a patent with Becton, Dickinson and Company for a plastic incubator designed for skin growth, a collaboration with one of the world’s leading medical device companies. Another significant achievement includes his outstanding sales performance during the COVID-19 pandemic, where he consistently exceeded the set budget for two consecutive years.

Mr. Conley attributes his professional success to the formative experiences he had during his early years. At 12, he was introduced to the operations of a paper mill by his father, and as a teenager, he gained exposure to foam and plastic molding facilities. Growing up in an entrepreneurial family, with his father and uncle both being World War II veterans, he inherited a strong drive for innovation and business acumen. In the coming years, he aims to leave a legacy of innovation and social impact through his work at DaVinci Molding. His goal is to inspire the next generation to contribute to the betterment of the world by fostering a sense of motivation and a desire for positive global transformation among young people.
