Vincent L. DiCianni, Esq., president of Affiliated Monitors Inc., has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in compliance monitoring.
Across a career spanning more than 40 years, Mr. DiCianni has established himself as an experienced and dependable expert in the field of compliance and monitoring. He began his professional life as a defense attorney, taking on the role of assistant attorney general in Massachusetts in 1981. Mr. DiCianni trained others for 10 years as an instructor at Anna Maria College. He later contributed as a partner at Ferriter Scobbo and at Rubin and Rudman LLP. In 2004, Mr. DiCianni founded Affiliated Monitors Inc., where he has served as president since. In this position, he has overseen over 900 cases, working with a wide range of United States federal regulatory agencies, including the Environmental Protection Agency, the Federal Communications Commission, the Department of Defense, the Justice Department and the Federal Trade Commission.
Before venturing onto his vocational path, Mr. DiCianni sought a strong education. He graduated summa cum laude from Suffolk University in 1978, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in history. Subsequently, Mr. DiCianni earned a Juris Doctor from the Suffolk University Law School in 1981. He has been affiliated with such industry-related organizations as the American Bar Association, the American Health Law Association, the Boston Bar Association and ProVisors. Mr. DiCianni’s accomplishments were recognized by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly. He credits his success to his integrity, compassion and passion for what he does.
Outside of his professional life, Mr. DiCianni is a loving husband, father to two and grandfather to one. He supports Health Law Advocates, a nonprofit for lawyers invested in health care justice. As he moves forward, Mr. DiCianni remains committed to his work with Affiliated Monitors Inc. He believes that many organizations have started to recognize the benefits of monitoring and hopes to expand the use of his services.
