With years of experience in his field, Mr. Lie has demonstrated exceptional leadership and strategic vision as president of TFL Program Management, a consulting firm specializing in transformational change, since 2023. Prior to these roles, Mr. Lie worked as a technical program manager at Twilio from 2022 to 2023, where he honed his skills in managing complex technical projects.
From 2017 to 2022, Mr. Lie served as a senior agile program manager and epic owner at Charter Communications, where he introduced Agile methodologies to enhance team efficiency. His tenure at Charter Communications began in 2016 as a program manager consultant. Between 2011 and 2015, he advanced rapidly from project manager to lead program manager for the western division at Comcast Cable, with which he was additionally active as a technical manager contractor. Mr. Lie began his career as an instructor in information technology at the Saskatchewan Indian Institute of Technology from 2003 to 2005 before working as supervisor of verification tests in the software functionality and stability group at Vecima Networks from 2005 to 2011.
Having completed coursework in computer systems networking and telecommunications in 2003, Mr. Lie is currently pursuing an Executive Master of Business Administration at the University of East London. His certifications include seven certifications from Scuba Schools International between 2021 and 2022, five certifications from Scaled Agile Inc. in 2021, a certification in telecommunications engineering from the Intrapreneurship Academy at The Cable Center in 2020, and a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute earned in 2019. He was recognized with the Charter Achievement Award in 2020 for his outstanding efforts in his field. Looking toward the future, Mr. Lie aims to expand his company by hiring additional staff and reaching a point where he can dedicate more time to enjoying his passions.
