With over a decade of experience, Mrs. Scisney has built a distinguished career in media journalism and business analysis, currently excelling as a technical business analyst. She is actively involved with Life Forever, a creative brand founded by her husband in 2001, specializing in traditional sketching, character design, digital illustrations, and promotional graphics. The company offers services such as the “Street Pedal Black” book series, art timelapse videos, and live-painting events. Her professional experience includes serving as a technical business analyst at UBS from 2022 to 2024, where she collaborated with UBS Global Wealth Management’s U.S./Americas software component managers to ensure compliance with risk and enterprise requirements, a vital task for maintaining operational licenses. She also served as lead technical writer II with UBS in 2022 and as technical writer II at Fiserv Inc. in 2021. Her career includes roles as digital marketing manager at Allstate Insurance Company from 2019 to 2021 and research content specialist and training coordinator at FaithBridge Foster Care from 2015 to 2019.
Mrs. Scisney’s experience also includes positions such as technical writer II at the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention from 2014 to 2015, assistant office manager at State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company in 2014, and professional assistant II at Fulton County Schools from 2012 to 2013. She also served as secretary for the Stonewall Tell School Governance Board in 2013, co-contributor for Awards Day during the fall and spring semesters of 2013, and contributing author and newsletter editor for FAME Magazine from 2012 to 2014. She also contributed to Southern Views Magazine from 2008 to 2009, authored The Stonewall Telegraph in 2013, and was social media coordinator for Golden Moments Christian Ministries from 2014 to 2024. She also dedicates her time as second vice president of the Gwinnett Federation of Democratic Women, actively volunteers with her local church, and has been a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, since 2009. She holds certifications including Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals, data discovery and governance professional certification from OneTrust LLC, and Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals. She also completed LinkedIn Corporation courses in Learning Git and GitHub and Visio 2019 Essential Training, both in 2021. Additionally, she is a licensed property, casualty, life, and health insurance professional.
Reflecting on her path, Mrs. Scisney made significant contributions during her tenure at Stonewall Tell Elementary in the Fulton County School District. As a professional assistant, she revitalized the school’s newsletter, transforming it from a simple one-page menu and calendar into a six-page mini-publication featuring an encouragement column, teacher reports, and a counselor’s corner. She attributes her success to her steadfast commitment to prayer, continuous learning, openness to instruction, pursuit of higher education, and staying abreast of industry trends. Looking to the future, she plans to expand Life Forever LLC into a full-time venture, focusing on supporting her husband’s growing illustration career by elevating his artistry and establishing a gallery to showcase and sell his work. She also aims to advance her professional expertise through continuing education and participation in the Certified Engineers program at UBS. Additionally, she aspires to expand into consulting, offering her expertise in design, layout, and content creation for websites and blogs.
