Suzanne K. Porske, founder and investment adviser at Phoenix Financial Group LLC, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in finance.
With four decades of experience to her credit, Ms. Porske has established a successful career in finance, specializing in education and financial organization. She currently serves as the founder and investment adviser for Phoenix Financial Group LLC, a role she has held since 2015, and as a licensed sales producer with Allstate Benefits since 2018. Her previous roles include exclusive financial specialist with Allstate Financial Services LLC from 2017 to 2020, preferred banker with Bank of America Corporation from 1984 to 1995, and personal finance representative with Allstate Financial Services LLC. As the founder of Phoenix Financial Group, she focuses on educating and empowering her clients, emphasizing that education is essential for financial success, enabling individuals to make informed decisions, such as managing their 401(k) or navigating other aspects of financial health.
Ms. Porske also places a strong emphasis on financial organization. She believes that financial organization prepares clients for life’s inevitable challenges, enabling smoother transitions and effective money management. Her philosophy treats money as a form of energy that, when understood and organized, can flow more freely, fostering greater financial stability and freedom. She laid an educational foundation, earning an associate degree from a community college, and completing coursework at California State University, Fullerton, and professional certifications such as the Series 6, Series 63, and Series 65 licenses from FINRA, along with life insurance and annuities producer credentials.
Reflecting on her path, Ms. Porske began her career as a bank teller at Bank of America while earning her business degree, quickly advancing into roles in account management, real estate loans, and investments. After a serious car accident caused memory loss and difficulty with reading and writing, she spent 18 months rebuilding her life, during which she wrote a book and began sharing her financial expertise nationally. Inspired by her mother, the first female vice president at Bank of America, and motivated by gaps in her own financial education, she started holding workshops with organizations like the Wall Street Journal to promote financial literacy. In 2015, she founded Phoenix Financial Group, focusing on empowering clients, especially women, through financial education. Through her work with the Allstate Purple Purse Foundation, she has helped raise awareness and provided resources for long-term financial success. Looking to the future, she aims to expand her business, creating a sustainable process to help women articulate and achieve their financial goals.
