Mr. Singleton attributes his success to being recognized as a “mover and shaker” by leadership, which motivates him to find better ways to accomplish tasks and take initiative beyond expectations. He emphasizes the importance of recruitment and hiring, carefully building teams and dedicating time to their development to achieve optimal performance. Over his career, he has managed teams ranging from two to 50 members and currently oversees approximately 20 contractors. Looking to the future, he explains that while ambition once defined his priorities, becoming a family man has shifted his focus to balancing career goals with personal and family commitments, seeking opportunities that align with his values. In the coming years, he remains open to exploring opportunities for growth, but is currently content in his position, viewing a role as vice president as a more immediate and attainable objective.
