With over two decades of experience, Mr. Lachmann has built a successful career in administration, specializing in business operations at the C-suite level. He currently excels as the managing director and chief financial officer at Oliveros Law Group PC, a position he has held since 2017. His career also includes roles as account manager for digital marketing sales at YP Holdings LLC from 2011 to 2016, director of business development at KLG Business Consultants from 2009 to 2011, and director of business operations at Grolla Restaurant from 2003 to 2009. Additionally, he served as a volunteer music and drum teacher at Chief Joseph Elementary from 2002 to 2012.
Mr. Lachmann is also an active board member for the North Clackamas Chamber of Commerce since 2018, and has contributed to several charitable organizations, including Freemasonry, the Gluten Intolerance Group of North America, the Salvation Army, Shriners Hospital for Children, and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Laying a solid educational foundation, he earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration, with a focus on economics and marketing, from the University of Phoenix in 2001, and is Level 1 and Level 2 Google Certified.
Reflecting on his journey, Mr. Lachmann takes great pride in achieving his current position and the growth his team has experienced under his leadership. While in business school, he was taught that big companies double every seven years, and since 2017, he has successfully expanded the geographical footprint, office size, staff, and revenue of Oliveros Law Group PC. Over the past six and a half years, this growth has been a direct result of the team’s collaboration and dedication to the firm’s vision. He believes in a hands-off approach to management, avoiding micromanagement and instead giving his team ownership of their roles. This philosophy has fostered a culture where employees are motivated to share their successes, creating a team-oriented and success-driven environment that sets the firm apart from other law offices. In light of his impressive undertakings, he was honored with the Business Person of the Year award from the North Clackamas Chamber of Commerce in 2018, as well as the Circle of Excellence award as a salesperson at a digital marketing company and Top Salesman at AT&T.
Mr. Lachmann attributes his success to his intuition and persistence, as well as his unique perspective on money, viewing it with clarity rather than seeing it as an abstract concept or an external force. Drawing from his experience across various industries, including liquor, food and beverage, marketing, digital marketing, advertising, and legal, he has developed a distinctive approach to building teams that has led to significant success. Looking to the future, he aims to double his company’s revenue in the next seven years, with plans to potentially build a new office. He writes a new business plan annually to ensure continual growth and improvement. Additionally, he aspires to travel more and spend more quality time with his family. He also seeks to increase his volunteer work through his Masonic organization.
