Mr. Lachmann is a seasoned professional in business operations at the C-suite level. Since 2017, he has served as the managing director and chief financial officer at Oliveros Law Group, P.C. in Clackamas and Portland, Oregon. In this capacity, he maintains responsibility as the financial authority for the firm, managing all operations on behalf of Gregory Oliveros, the firm’s owner and lead attorney. Furthermore, Mr. Lachmann manages sales, marketing, finance and operations, as well as the firm’s staff and contractors.
With a career spanning several industries, Mr. Lachmann has demonstrated an exceptional ability to identify and address challenges related to growth and profitability. His expertise has been instrumental in turning struggling companies around, positioning them for sustained success. To wit, he is well-versed in identifying challenges arising with cash flow and addressing them with solutions that rarely result in organizations relying on increased debt or liability. Mr. Lachmann demonstrates exceptional skill in finding opportunities from resources already available within the organization.
Accruing nearly 30 years of cumulative professional experience, Mr. Lachmann previously spent a combined seven years working in the realm of digital marketing as a director of business development, building sales teams and mentoring sales representatives to discover and promote their strengths. Furthermore, he spent 10 years working in the alcohol industry, with combined experience in supply chain management in both on-premises and off-premises distribution channels. In this capacity, Mr. Lachmann was licensed twice with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms, alongside other state licensing authorities.
To complement his career endeavors, Mr. Lachmann received a Bachelor of Science in business administration, with concentrations in economics and marketing, from the University of Phoenix in 2001. He was also Level 1 and Level 2 Google certified, further enhancing his expertise and skillset in digital marketing.
Outside his professional life, Mr. Lachmann is involved in various civic organizations. He has been active with the board of directors of the North Clackamas Chamber of Commerce since 2018. He is also recognized as a Freemason under the Grand Lodge of Oregon, having maintained active status with the Lodge and Masonry statewide. He counts the following organizations among his favorite causes: The Salvation Army, Shriners Hospital for Children, Saint Jude Children’s Research Hospital and Masonic Speech Therapy. Previously, Mr. Lachmann volunteered as a music and drum teacher at Chief Joseph Elementary School from 2002 to 2012.
Mr. Lachmann’s contributions have been recognized with several awards, including the Businessperson of the Year Award from the North Clackamas Chamber of Commerce in 2018, a Circle of Excellence Award during his tenure in digital marketing, and the Sales Leadership Award while working with AT&T Wireless. In accounting for his success, he credits his intuition, persistence and unique understanding of finance. Rather than viewing success as an elusive goal, Mr. Lachmann focuses on doing his best, acknowledging that financial success will soon follow. Mr. Lachmann’s priority is team building and resource development; he always seeks new talent, focusing on best supporting his teams. Throughout his career, he has managed numerous groups and learned that if one invests in and supports their team, the team will provide their best work. In this regard, he emphasizes the importance of a coach-teammate relationship, culminating in a shared vision that can be successfully executed.
With plans to double the size of his revenue at Oliveros Law Group, Mr. Lachmann also aims to pass on his knowledge to ensure the continued growth of the company in the coming years. Additionally, he envisions engaging in more volunteer work through Masonic organizations.
