Her prior roles include senior associate clinical contracts and budgets at Amgen from 2021 to 2024, clinical research contracts administrator at Akron Children’s Hospital from 2018 to 2019, and trial implementation manager at ImageIQ from 2015 to 2017, among others.

Ms. Bibey laid a solid educational foundation, earning a Bachelor of Science in premed biology with a minor in chemistry from Youngstown State University, coursework in project management from the University of Washington Tacoma, and master’s studies in American and transnational law, government contracts, and procurement at the University of Dayton School of Law in 2021. She holds certifications as a project management professional from the Project Management Institute and as a certified clinical research coordinator from the Association of Clinical Research Professionals. Additionally, she dedicates her time as a member of the National Contract Management Association, Alpha Lambda Delta, the American Medical Student Association, and the American Chemical Society. In light of her impressive undertakings, she received the Military Spouse Award and the Molly Pitcher Award.

Reflecting on her path, one of Ms. Bibey’s most significant accomplishments was her work on a government study addressing post-traumatic stress disorder and traumatic brain injury in soldiers through exposure therapy treatment. She played a key role in enhancing participant retention by fostering strong relationships with soldiers, caregivers, and their treatment physicians, while ensuring clear communication with the Department of Behavioral Health to keep participants engaged in the study. She attributes her success to exceptional mentors and her commitment to nurturing professional relationships. Looking to the future, she aims to grow alongside Amgen, valuing the company’s dedication to addressing patient needs.
