She holds certifications as a project management professional from the Project Management Institute and as a certified clinical research coordinator from the Association of Clinical Research Professionals. Reflecting on her path, one of Ms. Bibey’s most significant accomplishments was her work on a government study addressing post-traumatic stress disorder and traumatic brain injury in soldiers through exposure therapy treatment. She played a key role in enhancing participant retention by fostering strong relationships with soldiers, caregivers, and their treatment physicians, while ensuring clear communication with the Department of Behavioral Health to keep participants engaged in the study. She attributes her success to exceptional mentors and her commitment to nurturing professional relationships.
