She began her career as a program assistant at the Academic Centers for Enrichment at Middlesex Community College from 2013 to 2015 before serving as a level two operations specialist in trade processing at Brown Brothers Harriman in Boston from 2015 to 2016. She subsequently found success as a budget analyst in administration and finance at Middlesex Community College between 2016 and 2020, where she refined her skills in budget management and analysis. Prior to her current role, Ms. Boscaja worked for Masshire Lowell Career Center as a fiscal manager from 2020 to 2022.
To support her professional ambitions, Ms. Boscaja initially earned an Associate of Science in Business Administration from Middlesex Community College in 2012. She continued her academic efforts with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in finance and international business from the University of Massachusetts Lowell in 2015. She eventually graduated with a Master of Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts Boston in 2023. In addition to these achievements, Ms. Boscaja completed coursework in Chinese at Capital Normal University, showcasing her commitment to broadening her knowledge base.
Ms. Boscaja attributes her success to her dedication, passion, hard work, and a strong support network comprising mentors and family members who have inspired and guided her throughout her career. Notably, her father played a pivotal role by supporting her financially during her collegiate studies in the United States after she immigrated from Venezuela. Beyond her primary endeavors, she has been active as a board member for Girls Inc. in Lowell since 2021 and a member of the board of directors for Achieving Monumental Strides Independently Foundation Inc. Her contributions to the community have been recognized with the Distinguished Young Professional Award from the Greater Lowell Chamber of Commerce in 2018. Looking toward the future, Ms. Boscaja aims to continue her personal and professional growth by enhancing her leadership skills to make a difference in the public sector and explore further educational opportunities.
