Before becoming the vice president of business development, Mr. Prell was the director of business development in the Bahamas from 2017 to 2022, where he acquired the necessary skills to advance. He also served as a project sales manager for Concierge Auctions LLC in New York City between 2014 and 2017.
Leveraging the knowledge he has gained from various family members who have been in the business for over 50 years, Mr. Prell grew up in the real estate industry alongside his father, who continues to actively sell homes at 80. Among other noteworthy business ventures, Mr. Prell has owned and operated several companies, including a construction and landscape design business, and was involved in buying and flipping homes. After relocating from Ohio to Florida, he worked for a bank liquidation company liquidating bank assets.
Besides his primary career endeavors, Mr. Prell frequently hosts speaking engagements where he speaks about various areas of real estate. His most recent talk was as a guest speaker for Costa Rica’s largest brokerage. This opportunity enabled him to demonstrate his superb expertise and reputation for excellence in the field.

His extensive knowledge in contract negotiations, residential real estate, investments, and other business areas has profoundly impacted his career.
Heavily active in the nonprofit sector, Mr. Prell notably co-founded Let Kids Dream in 2016. The charitable organization is dedicated to helping children with disabilities or autism achieve their fullest potential. His partner Hassan Jaffer was instrumental in his ability to bring this vision to life.
Best known for his strong communication and attentive listening skills, Mr. Prell has garnered tremendous success in his field. He is among the top five of approximately 100 individuals who do what he does for a living. Since joining Concierge Auctions LLC a decade ago, he has consistently achieved an 85-90% conversion rate. Of 10 properties, he typically sells eight to nine of them. In one year alone, Mr. Prell sold over 15 homes. He was also responsible for selling the owner of Hondros College’s house in the Bahamas in 2021.
