Liram Koblentz-Stenzler, PhD, Senior Researcher and Head of Global Far-Right Extremist Desk at the International Institute for Counter-Terrorism and Visiting Researcher at Brandeis University, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in Military Ethics and Counter-Terrorism.

Dr. Koblentz-Stenzler has been lauded for her success and expertise as a senior researcher and head of the global far-right extremist desk at the International Institute for Counter-Terrorism (ICT) at Reichman University in Israel since 2018. In this capacity, she has successfully examined topics related to far-right extremism. Dr. Koblentz-Stenzler also began lecturing as an adjunct faculty on campus in 2021. Moreover, she has also been highly engaged as a visiting researcher at Brandeis University in Waltham, Massachusetts, since 2024. Her expertise in military ethics, counter-terrorism, global right-wing extremism, antisemitism and other relevant topics have been pivotal to her success.

Earlier in her career, Dr. Koblentz-Stenzler was an adjunct lecturer at Yale University from 2023 to 2024 and a visiting fellow in the sociology department in 2023. In addition to her work-related activities, she has been affiliated with several professional organizations, such as the Women in Military and Foreign Affairs Group and the Task Force on Women, Peace and Security at NATO.

Dr. Koblentz-Stenzler graduated from Reichman University with a Bachelor of Arts in diplomacy in 2004 and Tel Aviv University with a Master of Arts in security studies in 2008 and a Doctor of Philosophy in political science in 2018. Civically engaged, she enjoys volunteering for Larger Than Life and has been recognized for her contributions to “Israel’s Targeted Killing Policy: Moral, Ethical and Operational Dilemmas” as a co-author. Dr. Koblentz-Stenzler’s success has been recognized with an Outstanding Research in the Field of Counter-Terrorism Award from The Israel Intelligence Heritage and Commemoration Center in 2018. Eager for the future, she plans to continue teaching and writing about domestic far-right and antisemitism and looks forward to becoming a leading expert in these areas.
