Since 2024, he has been engaging with an organization that puts significant value on technology and virtual collaboration as a financial utility. As part of his responsibilities in his leading role, Mr. Veech focuses on sustainable infrastructure and energy transition while driving growth and raising capital. Before joining the organization full-time, he notably served as a board member for Sustainability Partners LLC from 2022 to 2024.

Sustainability Partners is an innovative and disruptive provider of infrastructure projects for state and local governments, hospitals and universities. The company has been recognized for its groundbreaking Infrastructure as a Service model, which provides more streamlined procurement and maintenance for customers and better quality of services for the public.

Leveraging his extensive expertise in private equity, infrastructure investments, and the associated financing aspects of these fields, Mr. Veech previously served as a managing partner and chief investment officer at Marathon Capital Partners LLC from 2022 to 2024. The boutique firm specializes in mergers and acquisitions advisory services in the renewable energy sector. Mr. Veech also excelled as a managing director and head of the Americas region at Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners between 2021 and 2022. Recruited to manage its private equity arm, he was influential in establishing three Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners Funds.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Veech was employed by Lehman Brothers as the global head of project and infrastructure finance from 1997 to 2007 and as the managing director of the private equity division between 2007 and 2008 until the company went bankrupt. He previously garnered success at Salomon Brothers in its fixed-income division. Mr. Veech began his legal profession working for the government with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

Apart from these roles, Mr. Veech has been instrumental in numerous boards of director roles for companies like Höegh LNG, the Bayonne Energy Center with the City of Bayonne, New Jersey, Brazos Midstream, Red Oak Power LLC and, among others, Hornet Midstream.

In preparation for his career, Mr. Veech attended Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, where he received a Bachelor of Science in accounting, magna cum laude, in 1980. Subsequently accepted to Boston University, he earned a Doctor of Jurisprudence, cum laude, in 1983. His education has been pivotal to his success.

Besides his work-related commitments, Mr. Veech has generously supported the special needs community. He enjoys giving back and looks forward to devoting more time to this cause and other philanthropic endeavors.

Throughout his career, Mr. Veech has been involved in several notable investments, including for the LGN Projects, which included building the energy industry and securing a deal in Kazakhstan. He was also fortunate to work with major oil companies. Excited about his latest venture with Sustainability Partners LLC, Mr. Veech looks forward to the new challenge of being involved in an area new to him. He attributes much of his success thus far to his dedication, hard work, and remaining focused on his goals. He also notes his work ethic, which he attributes to his father.
