Ms. Kibiger, a seasoned human resources professional, has been affiliated with Alliance Health Centers since 2024 as the director of patient services. Before being named director at Alliance Health Centers, Ms. Kibiger briefly served as a patient experience manager for her organization in 2024 and as a registration specialist from 2023 to 2024. Recruited to Alliance Health Centers, she worked for Amani Family Services Inc. as a victim advocate and an associate victim care program manager between 2021 and 2023. The nonprofit organization is based in Fort Wayne and caters to immigrants and refugees in the area. During her time with Amani Family Services Inc., Ms. Kibiger became affiliated with Alliance Health Centers by connecting the immigrant refugee population.
Ms. Kibiger’s career history extends to her work in helping eradicate human trafficking as a former project coordinator for El Pozo de Vida, a non-government organization that fights against human trafficking throughout Mexico and Central America, from 2017 to 2021. She had spent 10 years abroad working for the cause. Among other noteworthy roles, Ms. Kibiger was a missionary for YWAM Cento Mexico City, a community-based organization based in Mexico City dedicated to serving Jesus worldwide, between 2011 and 2017. She holds a Bachelor of Science in human services from Purdue Global in 2024 and remains relevant as a professional member of the National Council on Interpreting in Health Care.
