Reflecting on his path, his determination was evident early in his career, becoming the top salesman in his dealership within just six months. In light of his impressive undertakings in the field, he is a ten-time recipient of the National Achievement Award, received a Humanitarian Award, and was recognized as a top performer in retail leasing.
Mr. French takes great pride in his success in an industry where only 1.5 percent of the workforce is African American, maintaining his status as one of the top brokers in the country. He attributes his achievements to his unwavering determination to never accept “no” as an answer. When a friend pointed out the underrepresentation of people of color in real estate, Mr. French embraced the challenge to prove otherwise. Looking to the future, he is committed to supporting the next generation of real estate professionals under his guidance. He also prioritizes staying active with his wife and ensuring his children achieve their goals.
