Mr. Ticckoo is distinguished for his extensive background in technology and sales, currently serving as the executive vice president and global head of sales at Technosoft Engineering in Cincinnati since 2023. In his role, he is tasked with fostering growth through strategic sales leadership. Based in Thane, Maharashtra, India, Technosoft Engineering is a global provider of engineering design, embedded and IoT services for various engineering and manufacturing verticals.
Before being recruited by his organization, Mr. Ticckoo worked for several leading organizations over the past three decades. He began his career as a senior engineer at Rockwell Automation in 1991, joined Siemens in 1996 as a systems engineer, and Daimler Chrysler as a programmer analyst between 1998 and 1999. Returning to Rockwell Automation, Mr. Ticckoo served as a senior field support engineer from 1999 to 2006, providing technical expertise to GM, Chrysler and Ford, and as a territory services manager between 2006 and 2012, overseeing profit and loss of $18 million for engineering services and support.
Following his tenure at Rockwell, Mr. Ticckoo joined L&T Integrated Engineering Services as an area vice president in 2012, vice president of sales and business development in 2016, and business head of digital manufacturing service and solutions from 2018 to 2019. He also garnered leadership success as a digital general manager of aerospace, defense and manufacturing at DXC Technology between 2019 and 2020 and as the vice president and global client partner at L&T Technology Services Limited until 2023.
Highly educated in his respective field, Mr. Ticckoo holds a Bachelor of Science in electronics and telecommunication engineering from the Institution of Engineers Indian in 1989 and a master’s degree in engineering management from Oakland University in 2002. He also received several professional credentials, including completing the executive development program at Wharton Executive Education. Additionally, Mr. Ticckoo completed numerous courses through Skillsoft in 2020 in strategic thinking, building and leading successful teams, brainstorming and ideation, and more.
Besides his full-time work commitments, Mr. Ticckoo has leveraged his expertise to serve on several startup company advisory boards. He also enjoys active engagement in community initiatives, most notably with the Kashmiri Overseas Association Inc.
Throughout his tenured career, Mr. Ticckoo has been lauded for his ability to help companies grow. While employed by Rockwell Automation, the company experienced significant annual growth. His recent position at L&T Technology Services Limited as the vice president and global client partner was instrumental in growing the organization from a $100 million company to a $1 billion company over 10 years. Mr. Ticckoo has been recognized for his diligence and hard work numerous times, earning accolades like the Highest Sales Team Award, High-Performance Team Award, and Rockwell Award. He was also admitted to the CEO Club by L&T Technology Services Limited.
Mr. Ticckoo credits his professional success to the support of his family and various mentors. He also notes his ability to overcome challenges, resilience, perseverance and faith. Eager for future accomplishments, Mr. Ticckoo intends to write a book about his life’s journey, struggles, sacrifices and the many lessons he has learned.
