In the coming years, Mr. Perez plans to significantly expand his business, aiming to double his current book of business. A key part of this strategy includes growing his team, with plans to onboard two new staff members by year’s end, fostering a larger and more collaborative workforce. He is dedicated to mentoring his employees and sharing his expertise to support their professional growth and the overall expansion of the brand across the state. He is also exploring the possibility of opening a second office, ideally in North Florida, to better serve clients in that region while continuing operations in Miami.
