Before being acquired by Socorro Partners, Mr. Mucelli was the managing director of legal, monitorships and investigations and the Latam forensics coordinator at BDO USA PC from 2022 to 2024.
Mr. Mucelli received a high school diploma from Rafael Hernández National College in 1994 and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from The La Plata National University in 1999 in his home country of Argentina. He also became highly qualified in the field through certifications as a certified public accountant, fraud examiner, anti-money laundering specialist, and additional credentials from LinkedIn in data analytics for business professionals. Besides his educational accomplishments, Mr. Mucelli is active as a member of the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists, the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, and the Buenos Aires Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
