In the coaching realm, he was head coach at Fairfax High School from 2019 to 2022, assistant head coach and director of recruiting at Marymount University from 2017 to 2019, and head varsity coach at Oakton High School from 2010 to 2017. He also held roles as head soccer coach and director of goalkeeping at Braddock Road Youth Club from 2003 to 2016. Additional roles include head soccer coach for the Northern Virginia Royals from 2007 to 2011, division leader at Krain Building Services from 2010 to 2012, and territory sales manager at Reico Kitchen & Bath from 2003 to 2010. Earlier in his career, he was goalkeeping director at World Class Soccer and technical director at Burke Athletic Club from 2001 to 2004, head soccer coach at Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology from 1997 to 2004, and camp director with the Fairfax County Park Authority from 2001 to 2003.
Reflecting on his path, Mr. Spitalny takes pride in building cohesive sales teams at every location where he has worked. His most notable achievement came in 2021 when he successfully expanded from one market to 19 new markets in the multifamily sector. He attributes his success to delivering on promises, focusing on solutions, and partnering with clients to achieve their goals. Looking to the future, he plans to purchase two small multifamily buildings, with a long-term goal of owning 100 to 150 units. Additionally, he aims to grow his company’s annual revenue to $100 million, focusing on the multifamily sector.
