Since 2024, he has served as chief executive officer of PURPOSE, a business coaching firm dedicated to helping chief executive officers and leadership teams align their purpose, mission, and values with both daily operations and long-term objectives. Since 2011, Mr. Miller has also served as president and chief executive officer of Elite Construction Services. The company’s dynamic team focuses on the replacement of drain, waste, and vent pipes in condominium buildings. Elite Construction Services additionally manufactures and installs aluminum guard rails and code-compliant, energy-efficient, hurricane-rated window systems for high-rise buildings. He also serves as president and chief executive officer of Seal Masters of Hawaii, a position he has held since 1996. Specializing in concrete restoration and repair, Seal Masters of Hawaii focuses on protecting and restoring the structural integrity of buildings on Oahu. The company also provides services such as waterproofing, painting, elastomeric coatings, and caulking for property managers and owners around the island. His responsibilities include overseeing operations, coaching, and supporting the leaders of various departments to ensure excellence in service and project execution.
Additionally, Mr. Miller is actively involved in his community. He serves on the board of directors for Maui Divers and volunteers with organizations such as the New York Athletic Club and the American Red Cross. He has also been a sponsor and volunteer for local church initiatives and contributed to relief efforts for the Maui wildfires. Laying a strong educational foundation, he completed coursework in business at the University of Texas at Austin in 1994 and at the University of Hawaii in 1996. In light of his impressive undertakings, he was recognized as part of the 40 Under 40 Business People in Hawaii and is a state record holder in swimming in both Louisiana and Hawaii. He attributes his success to his passion for reading and lifelong learning.
