Ms. Braden has established herself as a leading authority in her field as a new product innovator and solutions architect. Instrumental in transforming clients’ ideas into market-ready products, she has served as the founder and chief executive officer of Global TV Concepts in Coconut Creek, Florida, since 1991. As a pioneering expert, she has partnered with individuals, producers and distributors on a global scale, with a particular focus on plastics, electronics, silicone bakeware and seamless garments.
As the founder of her Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) – certified company, Ms. Braden has been instrumental in mentoring other women who have worked alongside her, fostering their growth and expertise. Notably, her vice president of operations has been with her for over 15 years, having started as a receptionist and advanced to her current leading position under her guidance. Before launching Global TV Concepts, Ms. Braden worked as a systems analyst at Prudential from 1988 to 1992 and was involved in product development at Sea Grey between 1989 and 1991.
A graduate of Hobart and William Smiths Colleges, Ms. Braden earned a Bachelor of Arts in economics in 1988. She is a dedicated member of the WBENC and attributes much of her success to her executive team and ability to problem-solve. In light of her professional accomplishments, she was recognized as the winner of the Best Two-Minute Commercial award.
