Initially joining the firm in 2023 as an executive general manager for partnerships, marketing, artificial intelligence (AI) and business development, he has become instrumental in transforming the company with the AI technology being developed, leading the partnership teams to drive growth and maximize opportunities and managing the marketing teams in developing and owning their overall brand and regional strategies.
Attributing his success to having a growth mindset, Mr. Heler began his career at IBM in the field of information technology. Over the years, he worked at L Brands (now Bath & Body Works Inc.) as a sales associate and subsequently joined Google, where he spent over a decade in progressive roles. Just prior to joining TapClicks, Mr. Heler was a partnership leader at Google from 2011 to 2023 and the head of partnerships for analytics and data science between 2020 and 2023. Aside from his success at TapClips, he has served as the co-owner of Lilliput Infant & Preschool in Palo Alto, California, since 2019, overseeing backend administration, operations, staffing and facility maintenance.
Mr. Heler graduated from Santa Clara University with a Bachelor of Science in business management and a Master of Business Administration in marketing management. He remains abreast of industry trends through his affiliation with Xoogler and as an executive member of Partnership Leaders. Mr. Heler has been the recipient of several accolades, including Team Member of the Quarter, a Platinum Award, a Moonshot Award, and a Global Impact Award from Google, as well as a Platform of the Year Award from MarTEch Outlook. His innovation and forward-thinking approach have significantly contributed to his success as he now focuses on steering the direction of AI in the market and enhancing intelligence and insights that can positively impact businesses.
