Mr. Buster manages a team of ten employees, each with specific roles, while others handle multiple responsibilities. Before establishing himself as a business owner, Mr. Buster worked for Wurth USA, working his way up to territory sales manager of cargo and fleet from 2009 to 2015. He also excelled as a sales and marketing manager at 1-800-Radiator between 2006 and 2009. These experiences have been pivotal to his success in entrepreneurship.
A graduate of Ashworth College, Mr. Buster received a Bachelor of Science in business, management, marketing and related support services in 2015. He also holds several professional credentials through Wurth USA Inc. in sprayable seam sealer and other areas of industry and completed the Gustav Kaser Executive Sales Training course. Moreover, Mr. Buster became an ordained minister through the Universal Life Church. Apart from his educational background, he is active in the Specialty Tools & Fasteners Distributors Association, the American Welding Society and NetPlus Alliance.
Grateful for his professional accomplishments, Mr. Buster’s reputation has earned him tremendous success, with approximately 90% of his business being generated from referrals. He was also recognized by being ranked number one in the Industry Supply Category by Fort Worth Business in 2024. Meanwhile, his tenure at Wurth USA earned him numerous accolades for growth. Mr. Buster’s goal is to continue growing his business through traditional channels, including word-of-mouth and referral networks, as well as e-commercial deliveries.
