However, Dr. Nordgren’s most memorable achievement included her time spent in Yugoslavia, where she worked in sales and marketing, overseeing approximately 400 employees and 80 retail outlets across warehouses and three regional offices. This level of management was a highlight in her career.
Leveraging her educational background to support her career, Dr. Nordgren holds a Master of Education and a Master of Business Administration, as well as a Doctor of Science from the University Business Academy in Serbia. In addition to her formal education, she has remained at the forefront of her field as a member of the Academy of International Business. She also engages in the Harvard Club of Hawaii and the Harvard Club of Kansas City. In light of her remarkable success, Dr. Nordgren was the recipient of an Excellence in Teaching Award from The National Society of Leadership and Success. Her competitive nature, classroom teaching skills and affinity for strategy have been pivotal to her success.
