As a corporate wellness strategist, certified stress management coach and creator of The Reclaim Control Blueprint ™, Ms. Ayodeji provides clients with a unique coaching program designed to help high-stress professionals reset themselves so they can lead their lives with more clarity, energy and calm. As an acclaimed author, her creative endeavors include “The Art of Autism: A Pictorial Guide for Parents of Children with Special Needs,” a publication that offers valuable insights and support to families dealing with autism.
Ms. Ayodeji was a virtual guest and keynote speaker for The Redeemed Christian Church of God Restoration Chapel in 2023. Her work there focused on wellness, emotional health and sustainable success. As part of the international faith-based event, her keynote was titled “Stress Management for Christians.”
Earlier in her career, Ms. Ayodeji worked in health care as a certified occupational therapy assistant at Diversicare Rehabilitation Services in Hartford, Alabama, from 2009 to 2018. Previously, she was a therapist and liaison at Healthcare & Rehabilitation Services in Dothan, Alabama, between 2007 and 2018.
Ms. Ayodeji’s academic journey laid a strong foundation for her professional achievements. She earned an Associate of Applied Science in art and design from Lagos State Polytechnic in 1991 and an Associate of Science in occupational therapy assistant from Massachusetts Bay Community College in 1999. She also garnered a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Rhode Island College in 2001 and a Master of Science in human resource management and services from Troy University in 2002. Ms. Ayodeji’s final year project at Lagos State Polytechnic was particularly noteworthy, earning her a prestigious spot at the dean’s office for her innovative painting.
In addition to her professional pursuits, Ms. Ayodeji is dedicated to supporting families affected by autism. She is currently developing a program designed to empower parents with the confidence to face their children’s diagnoses and approach life with positivity. Although the program is not yet publicly marketed, it has already begun to benefit some families.
