Ms. Rodriguez’s journey in the logistics sector began with Crowley Maritime Corporation, where she held various roles from 2013 to 2019, including refrigerated logistics specialist, refrigerated logistics and supply chain senior specialist, account executive and logistics supervisor.
In addition to launching Green Goes, Ms. Rodriguez co-founded Green Grocery between 2021 and 2024, where she played a pivotal role in business development. Her diverse expertise also included serving as an investments project buyer for Volvo Group from 2019 to 2020. Throughout her career, Ms. Rodriguez has been acknowledged as a subject matter expert in logistics, overcoming challenges related to cultural factors in Latin America that have often overlooked her contributions.
Ms. Rodriguez’s academic achievements have significantly contributed to her professional accomplishments. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in international and global studies with a concentration in Latin American and Caribbean Studies from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 2011. Subsequently, she received a Master of Arts in communication and business leadership from High Point University in 2024. While pursuing her master’s degree, Ms. Rodriguez worked as a graduate assistant and was the president of the student government association. Her education was complemented by numerous certifications, including negotiation mastery from Harvard Business School and medicinal plants from Cornell University.
Ms. Rodriguez’s commitment to continuous learning and networking is evident through her involvement with several professional organizations, such as the Society of Human Resource Management and the Organization of Women in International Trade.
