With more than 25 years of experience to her credit, Ms. Antolinos has excelled as a partner with Berkeley Partnership since 2023, operating as a living testament to the value of hard work as a consultant in the corporate landscape. She initially began her illustrious career in 1999 as a consultant with The Wall Street Institute, cutting her teeth before continuing her professional journey at FLEXcon in 2002, where she served as a sales and marketing coordinator for four years. In 2006, Ms. Antolinos was recruited by EY, a major accounting firm, as a senior consultant in advisory services. Over the years, she advanced through various impressive roles within the company, including as the manager and senior manager positions in advisory and customer services until 2013.
Ms. Antolinos later expanded upon her skill set at Openreach Limited, where she worked as a delivery director for transformation from 2013 to 2014. She subsequently returned to EY in 2016, having been appointed to the EY PAS team. Prior to her present position, Ms. Antolinos was active with Berkeley Partnership as a consultant between 2017 and 2023.
Before embarking upon her professional path, Ms. Antolinos pursued a formal education at Lycee International de St Germain en Laye, also known as International High School of Saint-Germain-en-Laye, from which she earned a bachelor’s degree in economics in 1997. She continued her studies in Europe with a master’s degree from Paris Nanterre University, formerly known as University of Paris West, in 2001. She later fortified her academic foundation with a Master of Business Administration in strategy and finance from Birmingham Business School in 2004. In 2016, she graduated with a Master of Arts in psychotherapy and counselling at Regent’s University London. These notable degrees have been instrumental in shaping her strategic approach and sharpening her financial acumen within the consulting industry.
Ms. Antolinos attributes much of her success to the incredible people that she has encountered throughout her career. She particularly recalls a supportive mentor who provided invaluable guidance and feedback. This mentorship has been pivotal in steering her ambitions and ushered her toward success. Among the many highlights of her career, Ms. Antolinos is proud to have achieved so much over the years while balancing her responsibilities at home, especially raising her two loving children, Camille and Oscar, alongside her wonderful husband, Charlie.
Beyond her primary endeavors, Ms. Antolinos has been continually involved with civic-minded organizations such as Robin Hood. She is also a supporter of women’s organizations, reflecting her commitment to community service and empowerment. Her personal life is enriched by her love for running, cycling and water sports, which she enjoys alongside her family.
