During her tenure, Ms. Ono played a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth initiatives, leveraging her expertise in marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility and market reach.
Ms. Ono’s earlier experience included a tenure at Deloitte in San Francisco from 2003 to 2015, where she specialized in customer strategy and marketing operations consulting. This period was formative for her, as it allowed her to cultivate analytical and creative skills under the mentorship of industry leaders. Ms. Ono also held positions in strategy consulting and as a business analyst at Deloitte between 2003 and 2007.
In addition to her corporate roles, Ms. Ono gained valuable experience in international business development with The Walt Disney Company in Burbank, California, in 2008. Her career began earlier at Ford Motor Company, gaining expertise in brand management in Orange County, California, for two summers while pursuing her undergraduate degree.
Ms. Ono’s academic background laid a strong foundation for her professional achievements. Her undergraduate studies were completed at the University of California, Berkeley, where she received a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Haas School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in rhetoric in 2003. Subsequently, Ms. Ono earned a Master of Business Administration in marketing and strategic management from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania in 2009. These educational experiences equipped her with the analytical prowess and strategic insight integral to her success.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Ms. Ono is actively involved in civic-minded organizations, such as activities on the junior board of Big Brothers Big Sisters of America.
