Mr. Rebara’s skills were previously honed during his tenure at Persistent Systems LLC, where he served as a team lead and vice president of business development for the U.S. Army between 2023 and 2024. Earlier, he excelled as the director of business development for the organization from 2021 to 2023. Mr. Rebara’s work at Persistent Systems LLC underscored his ability to navigate complex defense environments and foster robust client relationships.

With a career dating back to 1992, Mr. Rebara enjoyed a distinguished military career in the U.S. Army that spanned over two decades. He held various leadership roles within the EOD unit from 1996 to 2014, including explosive ordnance disposal (EOD) team leader, platoon sergeant responsible for over 15 soldiers, and sergeant major EOD TCM from 2014 to 2015.

Following his successful service, Mr. Rebara worked for various organizations, gaining significant expertise in the process. He began at Roboteam, where he served as the director of ground robotics from 2015 to 2017 and as vice president of sales between 2017 and 2018. From there, he entered consulting in 2018 with Tier Tech International, where he worked independently until 2019. Mr. Rebara also served as an EOD training consultant for the OSCE SMM in 2020 and as a technical consultant for M3 Defense Consulting that same year. His consulting work focused on explosive ordnance disposal and chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear and explosive (CBRNE) threats, drawing on his deep expertise in these areas.

Mr. Rebara’s educational background includes an associate degree in business administration and management from the University of Maryland Global Campus. He also received a bachelor’s degree in military history from Southern New Hampshire University in Hooksett, where he was recognized as a distinguished scholar. These academic achievements have been instrumental in shaping Mr. Rebara’s strategic mindset and leadership capabilities.

Throughout his career, Mr. Rebara has been recognized for his contributions with awards such as the Bronze Star Medal, which he received twice during his military service. He reflects on his accomplishments and credits them to his respect for human capital and the power of collaboration.
