Before joining Churchill Properties LLC, Mr. Gosselin worked as a realtor with Molisse Realty Group from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, he honed his skills at J Barrett & Company as a licensed realtor from 2018 to 2020. His transition into real estate was a natural progression following a successful career in aerospace sales, where he sold jet engine components across the globe for three decades. This experience, compounded with his 40 years of experience with buying, renovating, and ultimately selling various properties, laid the foundation for his adeptness in real estate transactions.
Mr. Gosselin began his storied career at Palmer Manufacturing Co. Inc., where he found much success as vice president and owner between 1977 and 2007. His father, who was one of the original owners, played a significant role in shaping his career path by having him work full-time in the shop operating machinery before transitioning into the sales division. This hands-on experience provided Mr. Gosselin with practical knowledge and insight into the company’s products, which proved invaluable when cementing his presence in sales.
In addition to his primary real estate endeavors, Mr. Gosselin has been active as the owner of Raygo Management in South Hamilton, Massachusetts since 1982. He also served as a ranger at Crane Estate in Ipswich, Massachusetts from 2014 to 2016. Likewise, Mr. Gosselin gained additional experience in manufacturing and machining sales at TM Limited from 2013 to 2016.
Before embarking upon his professional path, Mr. Gosselin pursued an education at Boston College, from which he graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in marketing in 1977. He ultimately concluded his formal studies by completing coursework in mechanical engineering at Wentworth Institute of Technology in 1982. These academic achievements have been instrumental in his subsequent success, providing him with a strong foundation in both technical and marketing aspects of his career.
Mr. Gosselin’s stellar efforts as a realtor have been recognized through various accolades, including the Bronze Club Award from Churchill Properties LLC in 2023 as well as the Silver Club Award. Additionally, he has contributed to the board of advisors for Eastern Bank, reflecting his involvement in civic-minded organizations. Mr. Gosselin’s wealth of expertise in real estate sales is further evident by his membership in the Massachusetts Association of Realtors (MAR) and the North Shore Association of Realtors (NSAR).
A native of Arlington, Massachusetts, Mr. Gosselin is incredibly grateful for the support he has received from his family, including his loving spouse, Linda Ellen Gosselin, and their three wonderful children: Nicholas Gosselin, Hunter Gosselin, and Vanessa Fasheh. He also fondly recalls the mentorship provided by Diane Zanni, who encouraged him to obtain his real estate license. Looking toward the future, Mr. Gosselin plans to join the Knights of Columbus, further demonstrating his commitment to community engagement and service.
