Before stepping into his current role, Mr. Jackson had a notable tenure with Venture Global LNG, one of the world’s largest exporters of liquefied natural gas (LNG). He joined Venture Global in 2021 as a procurement management and project controls analyst. Quickly showcasing his expertise, Mr. Jackson was promoted to manager of procurement and subcontracts execution at Venture Global LNG in 2023. While overseeing all procurement and contracting for construction projects at the company, he managed $30 billion in expenses. Mr. Jackson led successful efforts with some of Venture Global’s (and the world’s) largest LNG projects, accomplishments that he ranks among the top highlights of his career so far.
Earlier in Mr. Jackson’s professional life, he served as a project controller and estimator for Heurtey Petrochem Solutions, senior project controls analyst at Amec Foster Wheeler and Plains All American Pipeline, and cost analyst at Technip. His career began in 2008 as a global project controls specialist with Chicago Bridge & Iron Company, where he remained until 2011.
Long dedicated to civic advocacy, Mr. Jackson contributes more than $3 million annually to various charitable efforts. Some of his primary causes of interest include educational scholarships, support for veterans and funds to assist with medical needs and broader community concerns. Additionally, Mr. Jackson maintains membership in the Grand Lodge of Texas. In support of his future achievements, he earned a Bachelor of Science in mathematics from Northwestern State University in 2006.
When he’s not working, Mr. Jackson finds joy in his favorite hobby of collecting baseball cards. Looking ahead, he intends to continue building on Omega Industrial Services’ early success. Mr. Jackson envisions growing Omega into one of the largest companies in the construction and fabrication industries.
