Joel Perri, founder, chief executive officer, executive coach and CEO coach at JPI Business Solutions LLC, and vice president of Best Buy in Town Landscape Supply, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in executive coaching and brand strategy.
Drawing on 20 years of professional experience, Mr. Perri has established himself as a blossoming voice in the world of executive and career coaching. Having founded JPI Business Solutions LLC in 2025, he offers lessons for executives, business owners and other professionals. Mr. Perri believes in the value of mixing his lessons with comedy, as exemplified on his YouTube channel, where he posts YouTube Shorts videos that are equal parts lighthearted and enlightening. His videos have seen homepage placement on multiple platforms, including smart TVs and iPad’s guest mode feature. Mr. Perri’s video work has achieved five verified world records, including Fastest-Growing YouTube Shorts Channel and Most Homepage Placements on YouTube and Amazon TV. His channel includes a number of breakout videos and series, such as “What I Learned From MrBeast About Interviewing,” “POOview – AI vs. CEO Lie Test” and “Interview IQ.”
On top of running his own company, Mr. Perri also serves as the vice president of Best Buy in Town Landscape Supply, where he started as a sales associate in 2005 before being promoted to manager in 2016 and vice president in 2019. An essential part of the organization’s success, he heads the hiring process, including writing and posting job ads, scheduling and conducting interviews, managing paperwork and pay structures, and overseeing training of new employees. Best Buy in Town Landscape Supply provides the Portland, Oregon, metro area with landscaping products and services, including sod and grass seed, rocks, sand, yard debris recycling, retaining walls and topsoil.
Concurrently with his time at Best Buy in Town Landscape Supply, Mr. Perri has gained experience in several other roles. He held the position of advertising account executive for Pamplin Media Group from 2015 to 2016, sales assistant at KPTV Fox 12 Oregon from 2013 to 2015 and marketing vice president at Hitting 4 HR Bat Media from 2011 to 2012. He showcased his personality early in his career as sports and journalism broadcaster, while demonstrating his business leadership and entrepreneurship as the president of Sports Memorabilia Online Sales from 2004 to 2009.
Mr. Perri’s performance in the field was born of his academic journey. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts in business administration, market and biblical studies, graduating magna cum laude from George Fox University in 2012. Subsequently, Mr. Perri earned a Master of Arts in biblical studies and theology from Western Seminary in 2014. He has backed up his education with a number of certifications, including as an executive branding strategist, a leadership development expert, a global artificial intelligence (AI) implementation strategist via ChatGPT and OpenAI, and in ChatGPT behavioral systems analysis. Mr. Perri also holds a black belt in taekwondo. He credits his success to his deep faith, which he considers central to guiding both his personal life and his business life.
A volunteer within his local community, Mr. Perri performs homeless outreach through Bridgetown Ministries. From 2012 to 2013, he offered faith-based mentorship as a high school boys’ volunteer small group leader with A Jesus Church. Additionally, Mr. Perri has maintained active membership in a private faith-based entrepreneur community group since 2020, supporting and learning from others in his field. Since 2025, he has been a YouTube Creator Studio alumni and verified media partner.
Outside of his career, Mr. Perri is a devoted single father to two daughters and one son. His love for his son, Elijah Josiah, has led him to seek opportunities for the two to work alongside each other, even though his son is only six years old. Mr. Perri calls Elijah his “executive assistant,” viewing his confidence and personality as signs of his great potential. Mr. Perri embraces every chance to teach Elijah, setting him up for future success. He considers working with Elijah to be the greatest highlight of his professional life and even featured him in a video on his YouTube channel.
