Mr. Ramos has established a distinguished career in the nonprofit sector, recognized for his leadership as the co-founder, president and chief financial officer of RADAR Nonprofit Solutions. Instrumental in steering the company toward success alongside his partner, Jeremiah Marks, his most significant accomplishment was launching the company from the ground up, a testament to his dedication and vision.

Affiliated with the organization since 2019, Mr. Ramos has held the roles of director of operations and implementation, where he was responsible for overseeing the execution of strategic initiatives and ensuring seamless operational processes. He also excelled as the director of systems and process improvement, where he honed his skills in optimizing organizational efficiency.

Leveraging his former success, Mr. Ramos worked in the performing arts sector as a controller at Opera Philadelphia from 2015 to 2021. His tenure there was marked by his adept management of financial operations and contributions to the organization’s fiscal health. Earlier, he excelled as the development operations manager at Seattle Opera starting in 2012, where he played a crucial role in advancing the organization’s development strategies, was influential in processes and procedures related to contribution entry, acknowledgments and invoices, and, among other tasks, worked closely with the finance and information technology departments regarding various matters.

Mr. Ramos’s success also encompassed roles as an associate in consulting services at the Nonprofit Finance Fund from 2010 to 2011, where he gained valuable insights into financial consulting for nonprofit organizations. He also held various project consultant roles in Madison, Wisconsin, including positions at the Arts Institute and University Research Park in 2009. Additionally, Mr. Ramos served as an impact study coordinator at the Overture Center for the Arts between 2008 and 2009 and as a stage manager at Brigham Young University from 2007 to 2008. His involvement with the New Play Project, both as a board member and financial manager between 2006 and 2008 also helped enrich his experience in arts administration.

Pivotal in shaping his professional journey, Mr. Ramos earned a Bachelor of Arts in theater, ballroom dance and business, magna cum laude, from Brigham Young University in 2007 and a Master of Business Administration in arts administration from the Wisconsin School of Business in 2010. His education provided him with a unique blend of artistic and business acumen that has been instrumental in his career achievements.

In addition to his academic credentials, Mr. Ramos has been a certified public accountant through the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania since 2020. This credential underscores his expertise in financial management and accounting practices.

Beyond his professional commitments, Mr. Ramos is actively involved in civic organizations. He served as a scout master for the Boy Scouts of America from 2013 to 2019 after being an assistant scout master between 2010 and 2012. He is also a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, reflecting his dedication to community service and personal values.

Mr. Ramos attributes much of his success to the fantastic individuals surrounding him. His greatest strength lies in technology problem-solving, which has been integral to his current status.
