However, Ms. Jenna-Budowich has observed that new attorneys, fresh from law school, often lack practical knowledge about firm operations, including bookkeeping, billing and effective communication with staff. By providing this expertise, these new attorneys can become more well-rounded while supporting their firms and their clients.
Upon retirement, Ms. Jenna-Budowich intends to continue helping others while prioritizing personal time with her family. Her recent experiences have given her a renewed perspective on life, emphasizing the importance of self-care and cherishing moments with loved ones.
