During his tenure, he made significant contributions to the company’s ongoing success. Earlier, Mr. Swartz served as a controller at Kingstone Companies Inc., a northeast regional property and casualty insurance holding company headquartered in New York, between 2017 and 2020.
Among other noteworthy roles, Mr. Swartz excelled as a senior associate at Baker Tilly Virchow Krause LLP in New York City from 2014 to 2017, following a year as an associate with the firm. His earlier positions included account director at Informa PLC, manager of product marketing and business development at Datamonitor, regional sales consultant at KLS Martin Group, and sales representative at Daltile Corporation, a subsidiary of Mohawk Industries Inc., dating back to 2006.
Mr. Swartz’s academic background has been integral to his professional achievements. He initially completed coursework at the American International School in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, in 2002. He then acquired a Bachelor of Science in economics from the Smeal College of Business at the Pennsylvania State University in University Park in 2006 and a Master of Business Administration from Seton Hall University in South Orange, New Jersey, in 2013. Mr. Swartz’s education provided him with a robust understanding of economic principles and business strategies that have been crucial throughout his career.
