G. Keith Darlington, operations manager at EnerG Test LLC, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in electrical engineering.
Mr. Darlington’s esteemed career started 25 years ago with his military service: three years in the U.S. Army and three years as a division operations manager for the U.S. Coast Guard. Building on the skills and knowledge he gained in the military, he launched Concealment Innovations in 2008. Filling the positions of president and chief executive officer at this company through 2012, Mr. Darlington offered financial and industry analysis to military units and law enforcement agencies through this venture. He gained further experience for two years as a vice president and project manager at JPMorgan Chase & Co.
Continuing to pursue opportunities that blend technical expertise with leadership, Mr. Darlington joined SPS Technologies as the director of operations. As part of this leading aerospace manufacturer, he spearheaded meaningful improvements to the company’s delivery system. Mr. Darlington contributed further to other aspects of the engineering space as a senior project manager and the director of manufacturing at Reading Crane and Engineering, and as a regional logistics manager for PPL Electric Utilities. These roles provided more chances for him to showcase his ability to confidently and collaboratively lead organizations to growth.
In 2025, Mr. Darlington was recruited to become the operations manager for EnerG Test LLC, an organization that provides a number of electrical engineering services to clients. The company offers repair, installation and testing of transformers, cables, circuit breakers, batteries and more. Mr. Darlington utilizes his technical understanding of electrical systems and his skills in logistics and business development to aid EnerG Test in establishing itself as a dependable, high-quality partner in keeping electrical systems safe and functioning. Concurrently with the rest of his professional life, Mr. Darlington has owned and operated Darlington Electrical Services LLC, an electrician contracting service that works with commercial, domestic and industrial clients.
Mr. Darlington’s performance in his career was born of his academic journey. He obtained a Bachelor of Science in management and accounting from DeVry University, graduating magna cum laude in 2012. Subsequently, Mr. Darlington earned a Master of Business Administration in project management and operations management from DeVry University’s Keller Graduate School of Management in 2013. He is a member of the Greater Philadelphia Veterans Network and has been named Organizational Leader of the Year by Precision Castparts Corp.
Among his many accomplishments, Mr. Darlington is most proud of his commitment to mentorship. He credits his own mentors for his success, especially First Sergeant Garcia, who taught him how to be a leader during his time in the Army. Mr. Darlington devotes much of his time at work to mentoring employees, investing in their personal and professional growth and helping them realize their potential. He also emphasizes giving those beneath him in the organization the platform to demonstrate their talents to other leaders.
In addition to his career, Mr. Darlington is a dedicated husband and father to two daughters. He enjoys traveling, reading, hiking, off-roading and supporting veterans organizations. Looking to the future, Mr. Darlington is fully committed to his new role at EnerG Test LLC. He hopes to encourage the promising leadership at the organization to help take the company to the next level. Mr. Darlington’s ambitious long-term goal is to achieve 20% growth for EnerG Test over the next five years.
