Having built his reputation across nearly 15 years, Mr. Anderson specializes in sales compensation with skills in global planning, quota management, data compliance, business and marketing ops, and project management. His professional journey began as a manager for family-owned bars and restaurants. Mr. Anderson shifted to the compensation space in 2012 as a sales analyst for WideOpenWest (WOW) Internet, Cable & Phone, where he was later promoted to reporting analyst for regional business operations and business analyst for operations. He then joined Birch Communications as a sales compensation analyst and sales performance manager, and he contributed for over three years as a consultant in sales force effectiveness and a senior consultant in sales transformation at Deloitte, one of the top consulting firms in the United States. While working with Deloitte, Mr. Anderson collaborated with the number one vendor in the sales composition space in the world. He also participated in several of the largest implementation projects ever seen for sales compensation tools.

Most recently, Mr. Anderson gained experience as a revenue operations strategist at RevPartners, followed by multiple roles at NetApp. He initially joined NetApp as a sales coverage and incentive programs manager, then accepted the positions of go-to-market transformation leader and global sales strategy and connected planning leader.

The culmination of his career thus far, Mr. Anderson has served as the director of sales compensation and planning strategy at Wolters Kluwer N.V. since 2024. In this essential role, he oversees the entirety of the company’s sales compensation and planning programs, while also ensuring security and governance within the organization. Mr. Anderson has led Wolters Kluwer in bolstering data privacy and cybersecurity efforts. He recognizes that each decision he makes can have a major impact on the organization and its employees, and he takes that responsibility very seriously.

Mr. Anderson’s performance in the field was born of his academic background. He earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Auburn University’s Raymond J. Harbert College of Business in 2011. To remain aware of developments affecting his field, Mr. Anderson has maintained his professional affiliation with a number of pertinent organizations. He is a member of The Sales Management Association, as well as various communities of practice for sales compensation and sales management in Atlanta and the southeast.

Well-regarded for his accomplishments in the field, Mr. Anderson has been the subject of many accolades. While at Deloitte, he was featured in the company’s Telecommunications Practitioner Spotlight and the Consultant Practitioner Spotlight of the Quarter. In 2025, Mr. Anderson was listed as one of the Top 50 Leaders to Watch Worldwide for Sales Compensation by Forma AI Inc., which he considers his greatest professional achievement so far. He has been invited to be the keynote speaker at an upcoming sales compensation vendor conference, where he will give a presentation on leadership growth in the industry.

Outside of his career, Mr. Anderson is engaged to be married and has a strong relationship with his nieces and nephews. Beyond work, he finds fulfilment in teaching water skiing and wakeboarding and prides himself on supporting the American Heart Association Inc. Planning for the future, Mr. Anderson looks forward to continuing to grow in his position with Wolters Kluwer N.V. He also harbors ambitions of establishing his own organization focused on personal growth and performance.
