Following her undergraduate work, Ms. Hildebrand acquired a Master of Science in economics from Carl von Ossietzky University of Oldenburg in Germany. She further enhanced her expertise with the completion of the Digital Human Resources Certificate Program from the Academy to Innovate in 2020 and the Leadership Effectiveness Analysis 360 and Individual Directions Inventory Assessment from MRG Assessments in 2024.
Ms. Hildebrand’s professional journey is complemented by her membership in the Society for Human Resources Management, reflecting her commitment to staying abreast of industry trends and best practices. Her entrepreneurial spirit and curiosity drive her continuous learning and adaptation in the ever-evolving field of human resources.

She also participates as a fundraiser for the American Cancer Society, demonstrating her dedication to giving back to the community.
Looking ahead, Ms. Hildebrand aims to make an impact on multiple companies by transforming them into employers of choice where employees are motivated to give their best. She also seeks to redefine leadership by emphasizing mindset and motivation over performance and experience, aspiring to shift Corporate America’s focus towards recognizing individuals for their potential contributions rather than rigid resume requirements.
